We often find it easier to criticize ourselves than to recognize our strengths. This workshop is designed to help you build confidence through engaging and reflective activities. Here’s a sneak peek at what you’ll experience:
🤫 Tiny Traitorous Trivia Game: Explore the difference between being an actual imposter and feeling imposter syndrome. In this game, two traitors have all the answers and try to mislead others. Notice how we tend to blame others when we are the imposter!
🔎 Self-Reflection Close-Ups: Reflect on workplace statements and agree or disagree with them. These questions range from owning our successes to identifying those who empower us.
🧗🏼♀️ Clubhouse Adventure: Test your team’s unique talents in an adventure scenario, showcasing how each member’s confidence and expertise can save the day.
📝 Clubhouse Crest Debrief: Create a visual representation of your team’s collective values. Key words and takeaways will form a word cloud you can proudly display in your workplace.
